Notice is hereby given that –
The Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting for the above named Parish will be held at:-
The Community Hall, Hargate Close, Fleet Hargate on Monday the 20th day of March 2023 at 7.00pm
Such persons only as are registered as local government electors for the Parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting, but the meeting will be open to the public during proceedings unless the Parish Meeting by resolution otherwise direct.
The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:-
1. Apologies
2. Approval of Minutes of the 2022 Annual Parish Meeting held on 21 March 2022.
3. Matters Arising from Minutes of 2022 Annual Parish Meeting
4. Any other Business to be considered as an Agenda item for the next full Council Meeting
