Notice is hereby given that –
The Annual Parish Meeting for the above-named Parish will be held on Monday 20th April 2026 at:
The Community Hall, Hargate Close, Fleet Hargate at 7.00pm
Such persons only as are registered as local government electors for the Parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting, but the meeting will be open to the public during proceedings unless the Parish Meeting by resolution otherwise direct.
The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:
1. Apologies
2. Approval of Minutes of the 2025 Annual Parish Meeting held on 15th April 2025.
3. Matters Arising from Minutes of 2025 Annual Parish Meeting
4. Any other Business to be considered as an Agenda item for the next full Parish Council Meeting
