Minutes of Annual Assembly of Fleet Parish – 20th April 2026
The Annual Parish meeting was held at The Community Hall, Hargate Close, Fleet Hargate on Monday 20th April 2026 at 7.00pm.
Present: Cllr Paul Barnes (Chair) and Neil Watson (Clerk).
Also present: Cllr Neil Carey, Lincolnshire County Council, Mrs S McKendry, Mrs E Penney, and Messrs A Hammersley, C Penney, P Coupland, S Dickey & N Pickett.
Cllr Paul Barnes welcomed everyone to the Meeting.
The business transacted at the Meeting was as follows: -
1. Apologies – None received
2. Minutes of the 2025 Meeting –The Minutes of the previous Annual Parish Meeting on 15th April 2025 were read, confirmed, and signed as a true record.
3. Matters Arising - There were no matters arising from the Minutes.
4. Any other Business to be considered as an Agenda item for the next full Council Meeting: -
Verge cutting and tree works outside the Parish Church
Planning application PL/0089/25 for a change of use at Holbeach Technology Park from an existing flower packing warehouse to a commercial-scale waste upcycling facility using black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) bioconversion
There being no further matters reported the Annual Parish Meeting was declared closed at 7.15pm.
