You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Parish Council Meeting of Fleet Parish Council to be held at
Gedney Hill Memorial Hall, PE12 0NN on Monday 21st September 2026 at 7pm.
There will be a public forum prior to the Council meeting. If there are no members of the public present, the meeting will begin at 7.00 p.m. Should they wish to make a comment during the meeting, this will be at the Chairman’s discretion.
There will be 10 minutes which will be set aside before the meeting to receive reports from elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and South Holland District Council.

1 Apologies for Absence and reasons given.
2 To receive applications (if any) for the office of Parish Councillor and to Co-opt a candidate to fill the existing vacancy.
3 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations in respects of pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in Agenda items.
4 Signing of the Minutes – Clerk’s notes from the Meeting on 20th July 2026 to be accepted as minutes.

c. Note the annual staff pay increase of 3.3% from 1st April 2026 and authorise back pay as calculated.
