To all Members of Fleet Parish Council

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Fleet Parish Council to be held the Gedney Hill Memorial Hall, Hillgate. Gedney Hill PE12 0NN on Tuesday 15th April 2025. Following the Annual Parish Meeting, which will start at 7pm. Due to the Annual Parish Meeting preceding this meeting, there will be no open public forum. Should a member of the public wish to make a comment during the meeting, this will be at the Chairman’s discretion.

There will be 10 minutes which will be set aside before the meeting to receive reports from elected members of Lincolnshire Council and South Holland District Council.

• Email form Parishioner requesting Dog bin to be moved on playing field

• Email from PKF Littlejohn confirming appointment to carry out external audit for 2024/25 and informing Fleet PC that we are selected in the 5% allocated to undertake an intermediate review (normally for Parishes with an income over £200,000)
