You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Fleet Parish Council to be held remotely via ZOOM video conference call on Monday 15th March at 7:00 pm. The Agenda for the Meeting is set out below.

Due to the Annual Parish Meeting proceeding this meeting, there will be no open public forum. Should a member of the public wish to make a comment during the meeting, this will be at the Chairman’s discretion.
There will be 10 minutes which will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports from elected members of Lincolnshire Council and South Holland District Council.

AGENDA
1. Apologies for Absence and reasons given.
2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations in respects of pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in Agenda items.
3. Signing of the Minutes – Clerk’s notes from the meeting on Monday 18 January 2021 to be accepted as minutes.
4. Financial Matters:

• Email from LALC requesting confirmation of us joining their training scheme for 21/22
• Email from Parishioner regarding poor road repair on Langary Gate, between Gedney Hill and Fleet Fen
• Email from SHDC to confirm Highways grass cutting schedule for 2021
• Letter from a Parishioner regarding proposal for speed limit reduction on C742
• Email from Parishioner to ask the Council to organise an event in 2022 in honour of the Queens 70th year reign
9. Actions List - To discuss completion of outstanding items and agree timescales – Clerk to lead

• Request for consideration for Drop kerbs on corner of Eastgate Gdns & Eastgate and another on corner of Burgess Drive & Eastgate
• Public Space Protection Order – Application of PSPO to enforce dogs on leads whilst using the playing field.
• Request for a waste bin to be sited near information board on Fleet Road
• Reports of vermin coming from Holbeach House
• Repeat request for not suitable for HGV signs to be erected
