To all Members of Fleet Parish Council
You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Fleet Parish Council to be held at the Community Hall, Hargate Close, Fleet on Monday 15th November, which will commence at 7:10 pm the Agenda for the Meeting is set out below:
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may be invited to ask questions or make comments. Should they wish to make a comment during the meeting, this will be at the Chairman’s discretion.
There will be 10 minutes which will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports from elected members of Lincolnshire Council and South Holland District Council.

1. Apologies for Absence and reasons given.
2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations in respects of pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in Agenda items.
3. Signing of the Minutes – Clerk’s notes from the meeting on Monday 20th September 2021 to be accepted as minutes.

- Email received regarding Beacon Lighting on 2nd June 2022 in celebration of the Queens Platinum Jubilee

7. Actions List - To discuss completion of outstanding items and agree timescales – Clerk to lead
- Request for consideration for Drop kerbs on corner of Eastgate Gdns & Eastgate and another on corner of Burgess Drive & Eastgate.
- Public Space Protection Order – Application of PSPO to enforce dogs on leads whilst using the playing field – Review response received
- Repeat request for not suitable for HGV signs to be erected – Update from Cllr Coupland
8. Speed Watch Initiative - To review any information gathered from the interactive speed sign & Police Speed Camera – Cllr McNally to Lead
- Update on Proposal for speed limits to be reduced, Eastgate, Hall Gate & Church Lane – Cllr Coupland to lead
9. Christmas – Discuss any plans for decorations in the Parish I.e Christmas tree & Lights
