You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Fleet Parish Council to be held at the Community Hall, Hargate Close, Fleet on Monday 21st November 2022 at 7 pm the Agenda for the Meeting is set out below:

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum when members of the public may be invited to ask questions or make comments.  Should they wish to make a comment during the meeting, this will be at the Chairman’s discretion.  

There will be 10 minutes which will be set aside before the meeting to receive reports from elected members of Lincolnshire Council and South Holland District Council.

e) Review report following Park Annual independent inspection on 28th October – Decision to be made on items to be replaced and who will carry out works

f) Consideration for purchase of a new bench for the playing field – Review quotes

g) review revised quotes for roundabout (if any) 

h) Update on installation of Defibrillator to pavilion and Church end 

i) Review Tender doc in preparation for Grass cutting tenders for playing field and amenity areas

•   Email from South Holland Citizens Advise bureau requesting a donation

8.   Actions List - To discuss completion of outstanding items and agree timescales – Clerk to lead

•   Request for consideration for Drop kerbs on corner of Eastgate Gdns & Eastgate and another on corner of Burgess Drive & Eastgate.
•   Public Space Protection Order – Application of PSPO to enforce dogs on leads whilst using the playing field – Review response received 
•   Update on removal of bollards and resurfacing work to island by school

9.   Speed Watch Initiative - To review any information gathered from the interactive speed sign & Police Speed Camera – Cllr McNally to Lead

•   To arrange cover/support for Speed Watch should Cllr McNally be unable to manage
•   Update on Proposal for speed limits to be reduced and other safety management measures, Eastgate, Hall Gate & Church Lane 
•   Proposed date for meeting with School, residents & highways to discuss safety/parking around the school – Cllr Stockford
